Rush

On two balmy afternoons in November 2015 in 6 Parisian suburbs of Saint Denis a series of coordinated terrorist attacks injured 416 and took 137 lives. Fear and grief gripped the hearts of residents and global travelers destined for the city inspiring Parsons to write “RUSH. Within days, American artists Judy Butzine and Mitra Kamali arrived in Paris in the spirit of solidarity and defiance, beginning at Notre Dame, they placed 35 rolled, ribbon tied copies of “RUSH” throughout Paris.
